Rahshaana Green, MBA, PMP, RYT

Rahshaana Green is a multidisciplinary wellness consultant who combines her knowledge and experience in science, yoga, and building human connection to help people heal. She received her BA in Biophysical Chemistry from Dartmouth College and her MBA from University of Texas-Austin. She’s a Forrest Yoga Guardian and the Director of Equity and Contemplative Psychotherapy at the Nalanda Institute. There, she also directs and teaches within the Contemplative Psychotherapy Programs, and she teaches Compassion-Based Resilience Training. Her work integrates mindful movement with the aim of helping people build and maintain healthy connection to their minds and bodies. When not teaching/coaching, Rahshaana is traveling the world with her yoga mat, exploring new methods of movement to incorporate into her body and life.
