We will review very simple strategies to help identity and maintain motivation for goals even when confronted with unexpected challenges and high levels of stress.

- Learn from research about how motivation works, what can get in the way, and what strengthens it
- Take away concrete strategies for maintaining motivation toward goals, even in the face of challenges and stress
